MicroJoin, Inc.Pulsed Heat Hot Bar Bonder System provides a temperature controller, a selection of ceramic hot bar thermodes, precision part positioning/alignment mechanisms, high accuracy Z-Axis hot bar actuator, and a microprocessor-controlled user interface for hot bar applications. The system's TC 1200 Temperature Controll provides power for rapid heating, combined with closed-loop control to minimize overshoot and to maintain fast, sustained cycle times. The system incorporates Ceramic Hot Bar Technology, which provides flatness under dynamic thermal conditions, isolates parts from electrical overstress, has an oxide-free working surface, and minimizes temperature gradients across the working face of the hot bar.
