Founded in 1990, Tritech Industries, Inc. (www.tritech-inc.net) is a privately held company specializing in the design and build of custom automated assembly, test and material handling solutions. Now recognized as a premier supplier, Tritech Industries, Inc. continues to expand its' client base by consistently providing high quality superior performance equipment on time and at competitive cost. To further assist client needs, the company also offers services in process development, rapid prototyping, mechanical/electrical build-to-print and precision piece-part machining, inclusive of design and build of dies, cams, fixtures and machine tooling.
Located in close proximity to Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, in the industrial corridor of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, Tritech Industries presently occupies more than 30,000 sq. feet of manufacturing and office floor space. Of the 40+ experienced technical professionals that are employed, each are viewed as the company's largest asset. Instilled within each of the employees is the company's philosophy to serve each customer's unique needs through highly creative innovation and excellence in workmanship. To meet the growing needs of the manufacturing automation market capabilities within the company range across mechanical/electrical/controls engineering on through to various types of manufacturing and assembly services. In specific regards to today's increasing challenges for higher level machine controls, the company also has a control's staff that have successfully delivered equipment that incorporate various Level I – PLC programming through Level II - PC-Based & SCADA Controls on up to interfacing with Level III – MES database management systems.
Of the equipment now installed within the company's customer base, the majority resides throughout the United States; however, international installations are supported in Puerto Rico, Mexico and Singapore. Of the equipment shipped to-date, the majority has an average material and labor content in excess of $500K, however, projects exceeding $1.5M in content have also been successfully delivered. As such, Tritech Industries, Inc. is confident in the ability to provide small projects requiring a "personal touch" on through to larger more complex projects.
