Westlake Village, CA - Surfware Inc., developer of SURFCAM CAD/CAM Systems, will demonstrate its new patent-pending TrueMill technology at EMO 2005. By dynamically and accurately controlling tool engagement with the material, TrueMill enables the use of extremely aggressive machining parameters to significantly reduce cycle times.
"At EMO, the European market will witness firsthand the power of TrueMill, " said Domenic Lanzillotta, Surfware's vice president of worldwide sales. "This is the new standard in high-speed machining that is changing the way that metal is cut ."
TrueMill is only available in SURFCAM Velocity. It can be experienced live at EMO, booth #E-45 (hall 15) and also in various machine tool booths throughout the show. The show runs September 14 - 21, 2005 at the Exhibition Grounds in Hannover, Germany.
