Banner Engineering Series sensors are intrininsically safe opposed mode barrel sensors, rated NEMA 6P (IEC IP 67). The sensors feature good noise immunity and are available in a choice of three modulation frequencies for applications where optical cross talk might be a problem. These sensors work together with approved zener barriers and a current trip-point amplifier (model CI3RC2).
