Gibbs & Associates.1 provides binary compatibility with the company's production, off-line CAM system, Virtual Gibbs. Users with older versions can upgrade to this version, which includes enhancements such as the ability to apply dimensioning and annotation at the shop floor, machine complex open wall pockets, multiple pocket island/multi-height island with material only tool path calculation, dynamically rotate views, and other features. CAD assist functions like macro-shapes, gears, cams, splines, and offsets make the software faster and easier to use.
