Acromag, Incorporated58T dual-channel RTD transmitter incorporates "digital pots" to simplify calibration for faster installation and maintenance. The digital pots are actually momentary increase/decrease toggle switches that precisely set zero and full-scale values in one step. The device accepts universal RTD or resistance input signals and outputs proportional DC current signals. Output can be linearized to the input sensor signal. 16-bit Sigma-Delta A/D converters ensure precise measurements.
