Robotic Collision Sensor

Ultimatic Collision Sensor combines the automatic reset feature with rotational, angular and axial compliance. By redirecting crash energy, as opposed to releasing the air, tooling sag and manual intervention are eliminated. A return accuracy of +0.0005 in. and user-adjustable pre-trip compliance provide good accuracy and flexibility. The fully pneumatic sensor has a low-profile, lightweight design incorporating a rugged aluminum body and tool-steel wear surfaces.
