Adept Technology, Inc.las robot is a clean room-compatible, three- or four-axis liquid crystal display (LCD) and flat panel display (FPD) transfer robot series designed for large-scale substrate handling applications. The units are cleanroom Class 10-compatible with forced exhaust installed and are designed to handle up to 600 by 720-mm substrates.
