ONLINE Software Labsequirements Planning software is designed to review projected supply/demand scenarios for a time frame, determine any imbalances and generate purchasing and production plans to rectify the imbalances, whether they be overstock or stock out situations. The planning process is bucketless with both buckted and bucketless reporting. Management and Planner Action reports identify the areas requiring possible intervention and there is also the ability to filter out specific planner action messages that the user does not want to appear on the report. A time-phased, bucketless inventory availability injury displays the projected available inventory balances over time for a given item. The inquiry time phases all planned and released work orders, purchase orders, purchase requisitions, dependent and independent demands, forecasts, etc. The design objective is accomplished by each the four methods that are available: Regenerative, Net Change, Selective Alteration and Continuous Net Change.
