Remote Control Color Mark Sensor

Omron Electronics LLC can be made from anywhere on the plant floor using the company's E3M-V color mark sensor's remote control functionality. The sensor's specifications include: supply voltage of 10 to 30 VDC, 10% ripple maximum (p-p), 100 mA maximum current consumption, and a sensing distance of 10 +3 mm and a spot size of 1 x 4 mm. Its green LED enables detection of yellow-on-white and other difficult to sense color mark combinations. The sensor is designed to provide reliable detection even on shiny surfaces, such as mylar. Its IP67 watertight construction allows use in water washdown environments. Featuring a rapid response time of 50µs, the sensor is designed for use on high-speed packaging and production lines to detect the presence of index marks on labels, containers and film.
