LB8 positioning tables are designed to withstand the repeatability, speed and load capacity requirements imposed by heavy duty applications that demand a high degree of accuracy. Offering standard travel from 8-32 in., horizontal load capacity to 600 lb. and vertical load capacity to 200 lb., the positioners are designed for loading system, high duty work piece positioning, metalworking, and packaging applications. The positioners have a black anodized finish for durability and can be modified for a variety of non-standard conditions, including vacuum, clean room, high/how temperatures, and corrosive environments.
The positioners feature linear guideway bearings with wipers, helicoil thread inserts in fixture holes and an 8 x 3.5-in. cross section. They also feature ballscrew drive and XY-compatibility. Additional features include linear speed to 34 in/s; acceleration to 400 in/sec; straight line accuracy to 0.0002 in. per inch of travel; drive accuracy to 0.0005 in/ft; and bidirectional repeatability to +0.0001 in.
