Pallet System

The Ismeflex is a high-speed pallet transport system that combines flexibility, extremely high speed and accurate controlled motion. With a smooth pallet index in 80 milliseconds, high-precision pallet location at operating stations in X, Y and Z axes, and one-up and multi-up in-line operation, this modular system provides a wide range of standard and interchangeable stations to fit any number of functions or floorspace configurations.

The system is both time-efficient and cost-effective, offering rugged, modular construction, synchronous and asynchronous operation, flexible software, standardized guard systems with switch-interlocked doors and a wide range of standard, interchangeable stations and optional vision inspection. It is also suitable for operation in cleanroom environments.

The system is particularly advantageous due to its smaller footprint and flexibility. The pallets typically house several precision cavities and are equipped with part tracking. Parts are rejected at any inspection station are locked out of subsequent operations. It is also readily expanded or reconfigured, at minimal cost and with minimal time loss, to accommodate future needs.
