Long Stroke Pneumatic Linear Actuator

New Hyde Park, New York - - New long stroke pneumatic linear actuators introduced by Techno-Sommer Automatic feature an anti-rotation bar to assure precise positioning. Applications include the pick up and transfer of parts as part of a single stage positioning system or as a Z axis for an articulated robot where it is ideally suited for mounting an end effecter. The stroke of the unit is 20 mm to 300 mm. The extending force is 120 N to 300 N using standard non-filtered 80 psi shop air through two M5 air ports.

Identified as the Li Series both units are machined from anodized aluminum to resist corrosion. The actuator measures 50 mm and 680 mm high (closed position). The linear actuator mounting surface measures from 24 mm x 42 mm to 50 mm x 84 mm. Tapped holes for M6 machine screws are provided at the top and sides of the units to facilitate mounting.
