Mr. A.G. Logan, Jr. began installing heating systems in the Winston-Salem community in the late 1940's. In 1952, Logan Heating and Air Conditioning was formed when he established a dealer relationship with the Carrier corporation. Willis Carrier invented air conditioning and even today, Carrier is the largest manufacturer of all types of air conditioning equipment and systems. This partnership has lasted for over 45 years. Carrier has recognized Logan as one of its top dealers in the Carolinas for the past 10 years — and several times during this period Logan was number one.

Today, our staff of over 200 employees includes professional managers and other experienced personnel who are well trained in the sales, design, installation, and service of the latest in heating and air conditioning equipment and systems technology.
