The following Web browsers are supported: Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or 5.x, Netscape Communicator 4.x. If using Netscape, please make sure you have the Flash 5 plug-ins installed or you will only get a black screen.

Flash Player
The Guided Tour requires the Flash Player from Macromedia. If you don't already have this installed, you can download it from: http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/. Follow the steps on their website to download and automatically install Shockwave and Flash Player.
Access to Port 8080
To use the Jasmine ii Portal Test Drive, please ensure that your Internet access is not prohibited by firewall security that disables access to either Port 8080 or 8060.
