The key to improving your equipment uptime, improving the quality of your products and reducing your costs is to improve your equipment reliability.

Ivara.ERS (Equipment Reliability Strategy) is a proven methodology that will improve the reliability of your equipment. Some of the steps to improving equipment reliability include RCM Analysis, PdM Needs Assessment, Criticality Analysis and Hierarchy Development. By improving the reliability of your equipment your company will enjoy decreased maintenance costs and increased production capacity leading to greater profitability.

Ivara ensures success of an organization's equipment reliability improvement strategy by enforcing the use of a SMART implementation project plan. By SMART we mean that the objectives of the plan be Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic and Time bound. The completion of the Reliability Assessment, Equipment Hierarchy Development, Criticality Analysis and established Performance Metrics are important inputs to the SMART implementation plan. An Ivara Reliability Practitioner takes this prerequisite information and facilitates the management team to develop an Equipment Reliability Improvement Plan tailored to the needs of the organization.

Ivara's philosophy is to provide these services in the form of a Technology Transfer. This means that we not only help you to implement the methodology, but we transfer the knowledge to you so that you can continue to implement the methodology on your own as you roll out the project throughout your organization or as your company expands. This is very unique in consulting where most companies guard their methodologies to ensure you have to keep coming back to them, as you require more services.

Ivara holds ½ day public seminars introducing this methodology, presented by someone who has achieved great results from its successful implementation. We also offer this seminar privately on your company site upon request. To find out where our public seminars will be in the next few months click here.

Ivara also holds in-depth 3 day workshops jointly with RonaMax that not only explain the Ivara.ERS services, but also shows Dr. Carol Vessier's Profit Driven Reliability formula. This workshop will teach you how to determine what type of reliability strategy makes sense for your company, what the benefits will be and how to get upper management buy-in.
