Walk Up and Use Asset Hierarchy
An example of the "walk up and use" ease of use of our software is our visual representation of the Asset Hierarchy. Navigation is simple using either our tree-style hierarchy or drilling down through images of your assets. This allows for intuitive and quick access to specific equipment and components. The unlimited number of levels in the asset hierarchy accommodates the most complex of equipment structures. All the information you need regarding these assets are right at your fingertips, such as engineering drawings, specification sheets, name plate data, safety procedures, costs, failure history, work history and work order backlog.
Simple Yet Complete Work Tracking
Creating and submitting Work Requests requires only a few clicks of the mouse. From entering a request to completing the order, work tracking has never been faster or easier.
Another example of the full functionality of the work tracking cycle is Ivara's comprehensive Availability Scheduling. This feature automatically schedules backlog work based on rules you define to load a schedule. Load a schedule using such parameters as work priority, materials availability and trades people availability or qualifications. It's even possible to schedule to a trade group, a crew or an individual. And all that is required to change a schedule is a simple drag and drop of work orders from one schedule to another.
The design of the Ivara Preventive Maintenance function ensures that equipment is running as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. And Ivara.EAM now includes equipment condition as a parameter for triggering PMs. By identifying PMs according to equipment condition, maintenance only occurs when required - before performance significantly deteriorates.
Ivara.EAM automatically builds a history of problems, causes and remedies, which allows you to do a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. RCM analysis gives you meaningful insight into the strengths and weaknesses of your assets as well as your maintenance programs.
Flexible MRO Inventory
Ivara.EAM provides a fully integrated Inventory Management system to ensure the parts you need are available when you need them. Search for inventory by description, supplier or OEM number, location or work order. Ivara also gives you instant access to the supplier and manufacturer Web sites for the parts. Ivara makes it easy to find the parts you need.
Comprehensive Procurement Management
The dexterity of Ivara's Procurement Management system empowers the user to buy materials and services as they are required while still incorporating the appropriate controls over spending and adherence to purchasing procedures. Other functions include requisitions, requests for quotation, purchase order generation, contract and blanket order set up and document approval definition.
Definable Personnel Management
A definable Personnel Management system rounds out the EAM system. Ivara.EAM features a personnel system where you define what information is collected for each individual. For example, this system allows you to track employee qualifications and training requirements that will vary from organization to organization. Combined with Ivara's Availability Scheduling, work is assigned only to those who have the proper qualifications. This is just another example of how Ivara.EAM gives you the speed to achieve.
Comprehensive Management Reports
Ivara.EAM comes with Management Performance Reports to help you manage your maintenance, inventory, purchasing and personnel functions. Ivara reports are created using the industry standard Crystal Reports, which allow you to modify and create your own specific reports.
Ivara makes extensive use of graphs that can be printed or displayed. It is also very easy to define your own graphs. In addition, by pinpointing any section of the graph, you get the details for the transactions that make up the information.
Easy Access from Anywhere
All of the functionality that Ivara.EAM offers can be run inside a Web browser using our WebAcc product. Even remote and casual users can access Ivara using a functionally rich Web user interface. This unique option significantly reduces the cost and time of implementation of Ivara.EAM.
