The OS643W stick-type infrared pyrometer is a food service model with K input switchable from IR to T/C and from °F to °C. It has a temperature range of IR: 0 to 500°F and T/C: from –58 to 2000°F. Other features include backlit LCD, Auto hold and Auto-power off.
