Opto 22r 3.0 industrial automation software suite features SNAP Ethernet I/O support. With the software, customers can create control software, build operator interfaces and expand manufacturing systems' connectivity. The software package includes four full-featured integrated components: OptoControl, OptoDisplay, OptoServer and OptoConnect. OptoControl is the flowchart-based control program development environment; OptoDisplay is the graphical HMI; OptoServer provides OPC and DDE connectivity; and OptoConnect creates a bidirectional data transfer link between the controller database and Microsoft SQL Server or Access databases.
