High Precision Reference

The LT1236 high-precision reference has been price reduced. The device features 0.05% initial accuracy, temperature drift of 5 PPM/°C, and noise of 3µV peak-to-peak. With a 0.6 PPM output noise, the reference eliminates the need for extra compensation circuitry. The device is available with output voltages of 5 or 10 VDC, in commercial or industrial temperature ranges, and in an 8-lead SOP or an 8-pin DIP.
