Inline: The F.A.S.T. Inline is an open-loop conveyance product capable of 90 cycles per minute (CPM) rate performance for assembly automation, but its real benefit is providing manufacturers with a standard base platform to build upon for their assembly automation needs. It can be configured in incremental lengths and is capable of running sections within the same unit at varying speeds to accommodate process time variances. The machine's modular design allows use of standard pick and motion control devices we have developed enabling it to be easily configured to meet any of the manufacturing assembly applications required in the marketplace. Other added benefits are that it offers future reconfiguration at reduced cost by minimizing capital required to cover expenses associated with tooling redesign or for stations to be converted.
Carousel: The F.A.S.T. Carousel is a closed-loop conveyance product capable of 60 cycles per minute (CPM) rate performance for assembly automation. Its real benefit is providing manufacturers with a standard base platform to build upon for their assembly automation needs. It can be configured in incremental lengths by adding or deleting a section. Its modular design allows use of standard pick and motion control devices we have developed enabling it to be easily configured to meet any of the manufacturing assembly applications required in the marketplace. The machine also offers future reconfigurations at reduced cost by minimizing capital required to cover expenses associated with tooling redesign or stations to be converted.
