The DeviceNet Intelligent Flag RFID amplifier combines the ease-of-use of a sensor with advantages over traditional flag identification methods. The system features data carriers as small as 8 mm in diameter, amplifiers of 12 mm and controllers that measure 65 x 65 x 60 mm. The amplifier requires no programming and data can be overwritten at least 300,000 times and can be changed on-the-fly to meet real-time production needs. The amplifier can read 24 bits and write 16 bits and can be connected to any DeviceNet network.
