SmartPlant Review delivers in-depth analysis and review of complex 3D modules during engineering design, construction, retrofit, or maintenance. It is suitable for the visualization and engineering animation specialist who uses the software daily to the occasional user who needs to review designs and use the 3D model as a graphical interface to access project data linked to the model.

The newest 3D visualization package from the company, SmartPlant Review is the successor to DesignReview and SmartPlant Viewer.

The new product combines the functionality of these previous 3D visualization products- plus significant new features- into a single engineering visualization application and five optional modules. Modules include those for construction and schedule review, simulation and visual effects, photorealistic rendering, customization resources and enterprise-wide collaborative review.

It is a member of the company's SmartPlant family, a new generation of life cycle engineering solutions for the process and power industries. Especially suited for use at the construction site, SmartPlant Review runs on typical Intel Pentium desktop or notebook computers with the Microsoft Windows NT operating system.
