During production, labor related to setup or model changeover will automatically be stored and made available for analysis. After packaging, a barcode reader updates the production count and scans the cartons. Each carton number is archived against the particular production line, manufacturing order, and customer order. As production is completed, the system reports back to the ERP to improve financial reporting and inventory control.
