DNCPlus Factory Automation System

The DNCPlus factory automation system provides fully configurable RS232 and Ethernet machine tool communication protocols. It allows the operator to upload and download N/C Files directly from the machine tool without any additional hardware. The operator never has to leave his machine tool to go to a computer to get his files.

The DNCPlus security is completely configurable (login based) allowing operator access to only those functions needed. This includes access to machine tools, N/C Files, (optional) Packets, etc.

The DNCPlus maintains a complete ISO9000 history of all files. It records all file activities, changes, uploading and downloading of files to machine tools and includes the particular operator (login) who performed it.

The DNCPlus provides complete system management from anywhere on the network such as an engineer's workstation, programmer's workstation, supervisor's workstation, etc.

The DNCPlus provides the ability to associate any number of: text, number, Boolean, date or keyword fields to N/C Files. These fields can then be populated with meaningful data. This data can then be used as search criteria entered into the search engine to locate any associated files in the database.
