Active Automation has patented the design for our latest CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder Model QT425. This grinder is a heavy duty machine capable of grinding smaller tools completely in one chucking. The compact design of this grinding machine is an added feature because it decrease the amount of floor space required for your plant floor. The QT425 can manufacture solid carbide or high speed steel (HSS) cutting tools such as; cylindrical end mills, tapered end mills, drills, step drills, burs, port tools, thread mills and special requirements tools. Implementing the GE Fanuc Series 160i State-Of-The-Art CNC Control and user-friendly software, the QT425 ensures an extremely high tool quality with a fast return on investment. Equipped with a probing system for tool location and measuring ability this grinders is enabled to perform tool regrinding as well.

This machine has a proven tool production record; achieving six years of continuous, seven days a week, tool production. The QT425 is simple to use and can keep up with any of your tool production demands.
