BC4 Band Cylinder

The BC4 Series Band Cylinder is a perfect choice for applications where existing guided and supported loads require pneumatic actuation. Its internal load-supporting bearing design offers substantially more bearing surface than other cylinders in its class. The result is durable, dependable performance with low breakaway and high speeds.

• Available in 5/8", 1", 1 ¼", 1 ½", 2", 2 ½", 3 ¼" and 4" (16, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100mm) bore sizes
  
• Cost-effective corrosion resistant clear anodized extruded tube
  
• Internal load-supporting bearing system utilizes a self-lubricating bearing running the length of the carrier for optimal bearing surface
  
• Load carrying capacities ranging from 65 to 817 lbs
  
• Metric models available in all bore sizes with choice of taper or parallel ports
  
• Patented band retention system utilized an inner sealing band that creates a metal-to-metal seal with the internal diameter of the cylinder bore. Outer dust band keeps external contaminants away from the sealing band.
