Pneumatic Servovalve

HR Textron Inc.7N R-DDV Pneumatic Servovalve is designed for high-precision, closed-loop feedback motion-control systems. The servovalve offers 80-Hz frequency response with 10 flow rates from 0.025 Cv to 1.25 Cv. Used in conjunction with a low-friction cylinder, typical linear load speeds are in the range 0 to 100 in./sec and load weights in the range 0 to 100 lb. Depending on controller capability and system parameters, linear position resolution can be as fine as + 0.002 in. It is suited for pneumatic applications requiring precise control of force applied to a load, such as force control of a fine polishing head used after steel is painted. The servovalve can attain pneumatic system pressure repeatability of less than 0.01 psi on a 100-psi system. It is also suited for automotive-vehicle component testing and manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, packaging equipment, assembly, and industrial automation and robotics.
