Peristaltic/Hose Pumps
The pumping action is powerful but will not break up delicate emulsions or cause excessive frothing of dissolved gases. With no cups, seals or packing to come in direct contact with the pumped fluids, this pump is ideal for high purity fluids or corrosive fluids.
One of the most versatile methods for fluid transfer involves the use of the peristaltic/hose pump.
Pumping is accomplished by two opposing rollers alternately compressing a hose. A vacuum is created capturing material which is then transferred along by a second roller.
