Anti-Vibration Leveling Casters

The CS Carry Set series of anti-vibration leveling casters from ORII Corporation of America provides a safe and easy way to move and level equipment and appliances, while eliminating the effects of vibration on equipment operation in press room applications. The casters are adaptable to any type of floor, allowing equipment to be rearranged within the system to accommodate a variety of press room arrangements.

ORII's free-moving casters facilitate movement and installation, as well as leveling functions. Leveling adjustments are easily made with the turn dial wheel. In addition, the casters are designed for easy installation on equipment bases either by four bolt holes on the mounting plate, or with one screw hole in the center of the mount base. The casters feature a heavy-duty rubber cushion that can be lowered behind the wheel, raising the equipment off the floor to provide a stable base.

The ORII CS-W 30, 60 and 100 dual-wheel leveling casters are designed for use with advanced office automation equipment. Made with a die-cast aluminum frame, the casters are also compact and lightweight. The casters have an adjustment range of 39" to 67" (10 mm to 17 mm) and are capable of load capacities up to 66 lbs to 220 lbs (30 kg to 100 kg).

For the lightest press room applications, the ORII CS-R30 leveling caster series offers a maximum load per unit of 66 lbs (30 kg). Constructed of an SPC frame, a durable NBR rubber pad, and NYLON6 wheel and handle, it has an adjustment range of 0.39" (10 mm).

For intermediate-weight press room applications, the ORII CS-M leveling caster series offers a maximum load per unit of 132 lbs (60 kg). Constructed of an FC25 frame, a durable NBR rubber pad, NYLON6 wheel, and an ABS handle, the CS-M has an adjustment range of 0.47" (12 mm).

For moderately-heavy press room applications, the ORII CS-1 leveling caster series offers a maximum load per unit of 220 lbs (100 kg). Constructed of an FC25 frame, a durable NBR rubber pad, and NYLON6 wheel and handle, the CS-1 has an adjustment range of 0.67" (17 mm).

For the heaviest press room applications, the ORII CS-3G and CS-3T leveling casters offer a maximum load per unit of 661 lbs (300 kg). The CS-3G is constructed of an FCD55 frame, a durable NBR rubber pad and wheel, and NYLON6 handle. The CS-3T is constructed of an FCD55 frame, a durable NBR rubber pad, FC25 wheel, and NYLON6 handle. Both the CS-3G and CS-3T have adjustment ranges of 0.79" (20 mm).
