Automated Concepts, Inc. was founded in 1983 when the need for an integrated robotics system manufacturer for American industry was recognized.

Automated Concepts, Inc. continues to build on its early reputation as a system integrator while developing a line of standard accessory component products for robotics application such as indexing tables, positioners, and Robot Transport Units (RTUs).

Automated Concepts, Inc. is concentrating on robotic applications and is engaged in the design, manufacture, integration, and service of robots in welding, machine loading, assembly, material removal (deburring/chamfering), and palletizing systems for markets ranging from automotive to newspaper to food processing.

Welding cells built by Automated Concepts, Inc. have been for structures weighing up to 15,000 pounds while rotating on headstock/tailstock units positioned over 50 feet apart.

We have designed and built specialty palletizing systems for everything from newspapers to bags to boxes.

Robot Transport Units (RTUs) and vision systems have enabled robots to handle several products and sizes through as many as eight different processes.

Custom on-site operator, programmer, and maintenance training on your specific cells is offered with every system. Technicians are experienced with Fanuc and Panasonic robots as well as a wide variety of vision and plc systems and are available for service calls 24 hours a day.

Automated Concepts, Inc. has a large customer list spanning the nation including many multiple installations for Fortune 500 companies.
