Primary Switched Power Supplies

Lutze, Inc. switched power supplies for control panel design work with all alternating voltages in the 120 to 230 volt ranges, as well as 350 and 500 V. Thus control panels can be loaded uniformly, regardless of their worldwide application sites. With a 90% efficiency, they not only reduce energy consumption, they also minimize dissipation heat. The power supplies are available in 2.0, 5.0 and 10 Amps at 24 VDC as one-phase power supplies. The series is augmented by three-phase devices with 20 A and 40 A at 24 VDC. The electronic components used are selected so that all power supplies can be operated up to 55°C without derating. An integrated electronic short-circuit protector eliminates a separate external protection device on the output side. The galvanic isolation of input and output ensures against the carryover of dangerous voltages. A 90° angle allows for mounting without a Din rail.
