PLC-Based Machine Vision System

The company offers its EZ Vision Sensor compact PLC based machine vision system. It is an integrated image processing and programmable logic controller designed for static or high-speed inspections (up to 15,000/minute) and programmable machine control. Key features include: 2 camera inputs for simultaneous image capture of 2 vies of the device, 16 inspection programs, template matching with normalized correlation, rotational correction, numerous general purpose measurement/inspection tools, along with PLC features such as 15 I/O points, 128 internal registers, 8 timers and 8 counters. The EZ Vision Sensor literature describes typical applications, system specifications, and measurement algorithms. PC base software, on-site training, installation assistance and turnkey systems are available.
