It captures 20 images per second of the seam it is monitoring, for consistency in its measurements for all welding speeds. The system also features seam monitoring alarms for alerting machine operators and for secondary spot checks to ensure quality seam integrity. Additionally, data collected and generated by Seamvision can be exported to excel spreadsheets, enabling manufacturers to record production performance metrics and use the data to demonstrate to their own customers their product manufacturing capability and quality.
