MEMBRANE AIR DRYER

Designed for drying compressed air to optimal dew point levels, Pisco U.S.A., Inc. offers its compact and lightweight Membrane Air Dryer, or Fiber Dry.

Constructed of a hollow fiber film and not requiring electricity or chemicals to operate, the unit is conveniently portable. And for ease of installation, the piping connects like a filter.

The unit provides dry air even more effectively than a freeze drier method. Dry compressed air is capable of reaching dew points as low as -40 degrees F with a flow rate up to 17scfm. And the humidity of the purging air flow can be adjusted to three different levels. The Membrane Air Dryer produces no drainage because the moisture removed is discharged as vapor.

Applications of the Membrane Air Dryer include use with portable pneumatic equipment, air-blow for metal plating and use in clean room environments.
