Exor International2 and MD00R-04 fulfill the need for a powerful yet cost effective operator interface system in areas where space and cost must be small. Displays are available with either two or four lines in a backlit LCD. Each line can contain up to 20 characters. Each page can contain up to 32 lines, which can be accessed by scrolling with the arrow keys. Brightness control is provided to adjust the display for easy viewing under nearly any condition.

Display Variables
PLC internal variables can be shown on any of the many display pages (limited only by memory size). The number of variables that can be viewed at one time is limited only by the display size. UniOP also provides scaling (linear conversion) of the displayed data. The final value can then be shown in several useful formats including decimal, bit, hexadecimal, floating point, and string. Data entry with valid range verification is also available for each data type.

Data Entry
The integral keypad on Exor International2 and Exor International4 offer 4 function keys and 4 user LEDs, as well as four arrow keys, a CLEAR key and an ENTER key. The arrow keys can be used to increment or decrement any data field. Slide-in legends make it easy to customize and document the operation of the function keys.

Security
An eight-level password protection scheme protects critical system features from undesired access.

Alarms
Exor International2 and MD00R-04 can monitor and display up to 256 alarms. Attributes and unique messages for each alarm can be defined. Operator acknowledgment can also be required.

Adaptability
Custom display screens are developed using the UniOP Designer for Windows programming software. Your completed project file can be downloaded to the display through the serial port and permanently stored in Flash EPROM.

Keyboard Macro Editor
A feature that allows you to configure your UniOP Keys to do a variety of functions locally in the UniOP. For example: turning pages, setting attributes, setting LEDs, writting to the PLC and many more. This can save many hours of ladder logic programming.
