The Mayfran ConSep 1000, like its counterpart ConSep 2000, is an advanced chip removal/cleaning system. It is specifically designed to handle smaller chips and fines. It's ideal for handling cast iron and die cast aluminum chips and fines.

Theory Of Operation:
ConSep2000 is an advanced chip removal/coolant cleaning system designed to handle a multitude of metal chip types including the more difficult to handle strings and turnings. Requiring little more space than a standard Chip Tote, it's actually a conveyor and a coolant cleaner all in one compact unit.
ConSep2000 removes ferrous or nonferrous fines, chips turnings, strings, curls or nests in one simple operation. Using a proven poly fiber fine mesh filter cloth, coolant cleaning is comparable to any competing product on the market today. The need for any further coolant filtration is usually not required.
ConSep2000 is available in three size configuration with dimensions to fit most machine clearances.
