Compact Robot

The LR Mate 200I is a six-axis compact robot capable of performing intricate tasks while lifting parts of up to 3 kg. The increased articulation makes it suited for applications that require a great deal of dexterity such as material handling and arc welding. Equipped with a R-J3 controller, it is a modular construction, electric servo-driven robot designed for a variety of manufacturing applications that include machine load/unload, parts cleaning, dispensing, assembly, and material removal. The robot's multiple mounting positions and tabletop size increase installation flexibility. It can be mounted in either upright or inverted positions with no modifications. The sealed bearings and drives of the robot allow it to operate in harsh factory environments. In addition, the robot is equipped with drip-proof and waterproof protection.
