Proficient machine control includes motion control, lasers, ultrasonics, machine vision, and precision gauging, as well as fast speed assembly and testing. Robotic control is a specialty. Adept, Fanuc, Staubli, Yamaha, Panasonic and Seiko robots are regularly integrated into our custom systems. Turnkey supervisory controls and data monitoring is provided appropriate to the customer requirements with SCADA systems such as AART, Wonderware, Factory Link, and Intellution, or a custom application may be developed using PC based systems. Advanced Automation is on the leading edge as an integrator of PC based control systems, having integrated over one hundred and fifty PC controlled automated systems in the U.S. and worldwide. Our programmers have developed several PC controls solutions that enable deployment of the power of distributed objects, superior MMIs, integrated information systems, and web based technology.
