C-Fourter-Integrated Time Study) uses the Handheld PC (H/PC) for time study data collection. Times are collected by stylus touching the H/PC screen. The system's Active Element Performance Rating allows the analyst to reflect changes in the operator's pace rating on-the-fly as the study is conducted. Real time feedback of study accuracy is available to the work measurement analyst and allows the study to be concluded when the target number of cycles are studied. Once the data file is transferred to the engineer's desktop PC, the program modules permit data management using sequence or relative frequency histograms with concurrent accuracy analysis. Instant time study reports can be generated, including a detailed Event History Report.
