Adhesive Dispenser for Pick and Place Machines

Zevatech IncFlexDispenser 775 (FD775) is an adhesive dispenser that places a wide variety of adhesives at speeds up to 30,000 dots/hour. The dispenser features a volume detection function that determines how much fluid remains in the syringe at any point in the cycle. Once this is determined, the dispenser automatically adjusts the pressure applied to the syringe to insure the same amount of adhesive is being supplied throughout the cycle. The dispenser is equipped with three heads and interchangeable nozzles. Featuring a 0 to 360° rotational, the device offers placement accuracy of ±0.15%.
