Model 4000 Machine Control Workstation
Programming is done via standard MS-DOS or Windows tools. MMI software packages including Intellution, Wonderware, and all other Windows applications are easily accommodated.
Or use OIBuild4000* - Eason's easy-to-use configuration and control software tool. OIBuild allows a complete graphical program to be generated in a Windows point-and-click environment. The use of powerful pseudocodes (macros), and the ability to embed C and Assembly language modules into the program give maximum flexibility.
The Model 4000 is NEMA 4/12 (IP-65) rated (NEMA 4X optional) when panel mounted and is designed to withstand tough factory environments.
Operator entry can be performed via a standard, resistive touchscreen, and/or by a 10 key tactile snap dome keypad.
The standard display is a high contrast monochrome VGA backlit LCD. Optional LCD color TFT displays are also available.
The Model 4000 comes standard with a 486DX-100 CPU and 8 MB DRAM. Optional higher performance CPUs and additional memory are available. Standard configuration includes 1.44 MB FDD & 470 MB HDD. Larger HDDs are available.
Also standard are 2 serial RS232/422 ports, keyboard port, external VGA port, and a PC-AT bidirectional printer port. 24 PB24 compatible I/O points are standard. All I/O are magnetically isolated for superior noise immunity in factory environments.
Capability expansion can be accomplished with up to three 1/2 size PC-AT, and/or PC104, and/or PCMCIA cards. An optional expansion housing allows two full size PC-AT cards and one 1/2 size card.
At 12.75" x 11.5" x 7.0", the Model 4000 takes up minimal panel and cabinet space and requires no additional cooling. Input power requirements: 95-265V AC, 60/50 Hz, 130W/180W maximum.
