With information technology changing rapidly, and process control constantly trying to keep up, we find that our clients networks range from being fairly up-to-date, to being in need of a serious overhaul. By conducting an analysis and evaluation of the existing network, we document what exists (which often is quite different than the most recent network documentation) and also make recommendations of what improvements should be made. This evaluation usually includes network structure and connections, data flows, spare capacity, fiber loss testing, and traffic analysis.
